What next? Arranging a home visit
Before the initial care period begins we need to pay you a home visit to meet you and your pet(s). We'll take a few details to help us understand your needs and familiarise ourselves with your pets and their surroundings. We'll also take a key. Keys are then tagged with a unique number, to prevent the key from being traced to your address. Keys are stored securely in our key safe.
Payment
All we ask for initially for pet visiting is a small non-refundable deposit of £5.00. For home dog boarding, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. At the end of the care period we will invoice you for the outstanding balance.
Future visits
After the initial care period we can return the key or retain for future visits. The choice is yours. Deposits are not required for future visits.
