Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and click "Add to Basket" on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will then be taken to the secure area of PayPal or Nochex.
You will not be asked for your credit/debit card details until you are in this secure area of PayPal/Nochex. You don't even need to open a PayPal account!

P&P is £FREE.
Delivery Schedule
We only despatch our products by specialist couriers or UK Royal Mail to ensure that items are handled carefully and that they arrive unbroken!
Delivery Schedule:
We aim to process your order as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Most products are despatched within 2 working days. Hutch Snuggles are sent using the Parcel force, Standard Parcel service due to their physical size and may take upto 10 working days from the date of posting. Hutches may take up to 3 weeks during busy periods.
Back Orders
If your item is out of stock then we will contact you, giving you the option to cancel your order for a full refund. Alternatively we can back order the item for you.
Credit Card Security
All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted in the PayPal/Nochex websites when the order is placed using a minimum of 128 bit SSL encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website. Please note that your browser may show a privacy report (no entry sign in the bottom right) if your browser is not accepting cookies. This does not in anyway affect your security. Your statement will show PayPal transactions as MUTSNMOGGIE(S) & Nochex transactions as NOCHEX LEEDS.
Guarantee
Muts 'n' Moggies guarantees that all products are of the highest quality. Occasionally certain items may be unavailable at the last minute in which case we may provide a substitute. Whilst we try to avoid this happening, we guarantee that the item provided will be of at least equal quality and value, and will be as close to the original item as possible.

Returns Policy
Muts 'n' Moggies makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged in any way, customers should contact Muts 'n' Moggies within 2 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days.
Faulty/Damaged Goods
Muts 'n' Moggies will either send a replacement product or replacement items/goods, upon confirmation that the damaged items/goods have been returned. Muts 'n' Moggies will cover the cost of returning the goods.
Otherwise
Any goods may be returned or cancelled within 7 days from receipt of delivery for a full refund. Note: If the goods have already been despatched/delivered then you the customer are responsible for return carriage/postage costs.
