| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' or 'Google Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Your payment will be processed by Nochex, PayPal or Google Checkout, depending on your chosen payment method and your card will be charged at the point of sale. Mail Order/Telephone Order (MOTO) transactions will be processed using Axcess Merchant Services. If you have made a mistake after placing your order, simply contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

| Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order right away. Orders are processed overnight and then sent our the very next working day. If your order weighs less than 1kg then we will dispatch it using Royal Mail 2nd Class. If your order weighs over 1kg (as is the case for most hutch covers) then we will dispatch it using Royal Mail Standard Parcel service or Parcel Force 48 service. Royal Mail claim that their Standard Parcel Service may take between 3-5 working days. Wooden products may take longer, as they will be despatched directly from the manufacturer. You must inform us within two working days if any of the items are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. |
