Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and click "Add to Basket" on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will then be taken to the secure area of PayPal, unless you have chosen to pay by cheque or postal order. If you are paying by cheque then please make it payable to Muts 'n' Moggies.
You will not be asked for your credit/debit card details until you are in this secure area of PayPal. You don't even need to open a PayPal account!
By placing your order with us, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery is £Free, as standard on all items.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to process your order as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Most products are despatched within 2 working days. When your order is ready for posting we will send you an email.
When you receive your email, your order will be posted on the next working day, either second class or first class, depending on size and weight.
Certain items are sent using the Parcel force, Standard Parcel service due to their physical size/weight and according to Parcel Force, may take upto 10 working days from the date of posting. However, this is usually 3-5 days.
Back Orders
If an item is out of stock then we will automatically back order it for you.
Credit Card Security
All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted in the PayPal website when the order is placed using a minimum of 128 bit SSL encryption. Details are not held in clear text on any website.
Please note that your browser may show a privacy report (no entry sign in the bottom right) if your browser is not accepting cookies. This does not in anyway affect your security.

Returns Policy
Muts 'n' Moggies makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged in any way, customers should contact Muts 'n' Moggies within 2 days of receipt and return the package within 14 days.
Faulty/Damaged Goods
Muts 'n' Moggies will either send a replacement product or replacement items/goods, upon confirmation that the damaged items/goods have been returned. Muts 'n' Moggies will cover the cost of returning the goods.
Otherwise
Any goods may be returned or cancelled within 14 days from receipt of delivery for a full refund. However, you must inform us that you are returning an item before sending.
Note: If the goods have already been despatched/delivered then you the customer are responsible for return postage costs. When returning items, you must get proof of posting and you must keep this in a safe place. If returned items are not received then we cannot issue a full refund.
A full refund will not be issued for items returned after 14 days. A £5 administration charge will be applied.
