We provide in-home pet care visits for your pets so their routine is not affected. So whether you are going away on holiday or business, going into hospital or just going away overnight, our service is the perfect choice. You also have the added peace of mind that someone is visiting your property on a regular basis. We can also provide a 'lived in' look by drawing curtains, alternating lights, picking up post and putting out wheelie bins, etc.
Prior to the initial care period we will provide a free home visit to discuss your requirements and provide you with a no obligation quotation. You will also be granted access to your own portal from which you can manage your account online.
We also offer a home boarding service for small animals such as Rabbits, Guinea Pigs & Hamsters/Gerbils.

We visit your home once or twice a day, as required. Our service includes:-
We now offer a service for letting your dog out for a toilet break.
We offer small animal boarding for rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils & hamsters. Your rabbit or guinea pig can sleep in one of our five hutches in the large secure shed at the bottom of our garden, or if you would prefer, your rabbit or guinea pigs can now stay indoors.
Either way, your pets will be well protected from the elements. Your rabbit or guinea pig will also be given plenty of exercise in one of our runs in the garden on a daily basis. Hay, bedding & water will be provided, but you will need to provide your own food. Indoor boarding costs just £6.00 per day. Hamsters & Gerbils will be boarded in our house.
If you require collection/delivery of pets, this will be charged at £0.45 per mile. We don't insist on vaccinations for your small animal but we do recommend it. Please contact Jennifer for small animal boarding enquiries.
Maybe you work away from home on a regular basis or have a holiday home. We can visit and inspect your home as often as you like. We can even forward your post to anywhere in the world. Our home call service is just £5.00 per visit and our postal forwarding service is just £1.00 extra plus the cost of the postage.
Added peace of mind even if you don't have pets! Why not leave a key with us? If you can't get home for whatever reason or you lose your keys, we're just a phone call away! This service is free until you need us. Your key will be stored in our safe until required. Access to your key costs just £5.00. Free if you are a pet customer.

Keys will be tagged with a unique number to prevent the key from being traced to your address. Keys are stored securely in our key safe.

After the initial care period we can return your key or retain it for future visits. The choice is yours. Future visits can be booked with us directly or online using your very own portal.

Yes. All keys are uniquely tagged, unidentifiable and securely stored.
As much as we can be. We only use low key vehicles.
If you are a new customer then ideally we would like a couple of weeks notice to allow us time to arrange an initial visit. If you are an existing customer and we already have your key then 1-2 days notice is normally sufficient. However, we also have holidays, so to avoid disappointment, please book as early as possible. We usually book our holidays out of season though!
At present we don't do regular dog walking but we can offer pee-stops at lunch time to allow your dog to have a toilet break. Our N.A.R.P. insurance does not cover us to visit dogs that will be left unattended overnight.
We only charge extra on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year's Day.
This depends on what is required and how many pets you have, but usually we are in attendance for around 20 minutes.
No. You must provide these. However, should you run out during the care period, we will purchase more and add the cost to your invoice.
Invoices are electronic and are viewable online. Details will be emailed to the address provided unless you request a paper copy. Your invoice is due for payment within 30 days from the end of the care period. We accept cash, cheques, bank transfers or debit/credit cards. Details will be printed on your invoice. We also accept Paym mobile payments to 07773284637.
Of course we need holidays too. We may occasionally organise someone to cover whilst we are away but this is rare and you would be notified. We tend to go away during quiet periods.
